I am located in Manchester but also work with companies in the rest of the UK and with companies in France. My services are available in both English and French.
I offer the following services: website design (or redesign), content creation, social media management and social media advertising. I offer a variety of different packages so that you can pick and choose what will work best for you and your business. My services are available in English and in French.
That will depend very much on what services you choose. Some will be ongoing for an agreed time and others will be one off projects. If for example you just want us to produce a website or promotional video for you then we work towards a 5 – 10-day turnaround.
Prices for my web designs and content/social media packages can be found on our website. My packages are designed to satisfy your digital marketing requirements but you can also pick and choose (e.g. if you just want a promotional video made as a 1 off).
I ask for a 25% deposit before starting any project. Once the project is complete the remainder will be due within 14 days. I reserve the right to charge interest on any late payments. For web design projects the annual hosting fee is included in the first year. An additional payment is due at the start of each of the following years that your website is running.

In general, we shall do our initial meeting on skype and any follow ups on the phone or WhatsApp. If you prefer to meet then let me know and we can try to arrange this. I am based in central Manchester so can offer a free 1-hour initial in-person meeting if you prefer. If your business is outside of Manchester and you want to meet in person then there would be a fee for this that would be due prior to any arrangements being made.
I will do my utmost to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with services that I provide. With web designs I will work with you to get a clear idea of what you are looking for before starting. I also send you a mock-up of the homepage first so you can give guidance on if you are happy with the way I am taking the project.
I shall also check in with you during content creation to ensure you are happy with our progress. I provide regular reports and follow-up Skype meetings so that we can discuss the progress.
